Before we recommend anything, we need to understand how your business actually works. The Clarity Session is a 90-minute conversation (in person or via video) where we dig into how your business runs day-to-day, where your time goes, and where things feel harder than they should.
Within 5 business days, you'll receive a Clarity Brief: a written document with our honest observations, where we see the biggest opportunities, and what we'd suggest as next steps. It's yours to keep, whether you choose to work with us or not.
If you decide to continue with an ongoing engagement, this fee is credited toward your first month.
Step Two
Based on what we learn in the Clarity Session, we'll recommend the engagement that suits your business. There are three options, each designed for a different level of need. No tier is “better” than another. The right one depends on your situation.
